Senaman yang LadyComot list-kan dibawah memang common exercise, dia lebih kepada stretching untuk releasekan muscle strain. It will give more relaxation and reduce tension.

Tapi di ingatkan sesiapa yang ada severe back and neck pain mesti rujuk pada yang pakar untuk tahu keadaan kondisi sebenar. Sebab severe backpain tak boleh buat senaman sebarangan, berkemungkinan boleh menyebabkan sakit lebih teruk. Kalau nak minta rujukan dari LadyComot dialu alukan.

Senaman2 dibawah sesuai buat yang rasa sengal2, sebab itu petanda awal untuk sakit belakang sekiranya tak diajaga boleh memudaratkan.

10 -15 repitition each step
3 times daily

This is a good exercise to do during work, especially if you have to keep your head in a steady position for extended periods, as in working at a computer. Do this exercise every half hour to prevent neck strain.
